How far in advance should I place my order?

If we have it in stock, we only need 48 hours notice.

If we have to order something special for you, ideally you should book at least 10-14 days prior to your event or celebration. We can accommodate same day orders or orders placed within 24 hours of delivery - they do incur a $20.00 - $40.00 rush fee, depending on the balloon design.

We consider each balloon order a special request.

Tell us what you envision and we'll do our best to make that vision a reality.

This includes ordering special balloons and accessories, just for you, at no additional charge.

Delivery

​

$10.00 delivery fee for all orders. Deliveries to Northbrook are free.

Payments

​

We accept the following forms of payment:

Venmo, Zelle, Chase Quick Pay.

Credit cards are accepted for orders over $200.00 with a 4% fee added to the total balloon order.

Full balance is due at booking for orders under $300.00

Deposit of 50% is due at booking for orders over $300.00 with final payment due week of delivery.

Cancellation policy

​

 If you have to cancel, we know it's for good reason. If you want a full refund - you'll have to cancel at least 7 days before your celebration. If you're canceling within 7 days or less, we'll save your deposit and apply it to a future order.

​What is your balloon replacement policy? 

​

Indoors: Your latex balloons should last anywhere from 7-10 days, sunlight, direct heat, direct cold can affect the life span of the balloons.

Outdoors: We can't guarantee the life span of your outdoor arrangement due to sun, heat, wind, rain, cold, etc.

Once your balloons have been successfully delivered, we do not replace any popped or deflated balloons. ​
